Malls Top Back-to-School Shopping Destinations

Seventy-five percent of parents said they would complete back-to-school shopping by Sept. 1, according to the “Shopping in America” report by The Macerich Company, Santa Monica, CA. Shoppers expected to spend a total of $667.31 on back-to-school purchases, with $398.12 going toward clothing and accessories.
